（二）因兩次拒絕簽署立法會(huì)通過的法案而解散立法會(huì)，重選的立法會(huì)仍以全體議員三分之二多數(shù)通過所爭(zhēng)議的原案，而行政長(zhǎng)官在三十日內(nèi)拒絕簽署；

　　(2) When, after the Legislative Council is dissolved because he or she twice refuses to sign a bill passed by it, the new Legislative Council again passes by a two-thirds majority of all the members the original bill in dispute, but he or she still refuses to sign it within 30 days; and

　?。ㄈ┮蛄⒎〞?huì)拒絕通過財(cái)政預(yù)算案或關(guān)系到澳門特別行政區(qū)整體利益的法案而解散立法會(huì)，重選的立法會(huì)仍拒絕通過所爭(zhēng)議的原案。

　　(3) When, after the Legislative Council is dissolved because it refuses to pass a budget or any other bill concerning the overall interests of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the newly elected Legislative Council still refuses to pass the original bill in dispute.

　　第五十五條澳門特別行政區(qū)行政長(zhǎng)官短期不能履行職務(wù)時(shí)，由各司司長(zhǎng)按各司的排列順序臨時(shí)代理其職務(wù)。各司的排列順序由法律規(guī)定。

　　Article 55 If the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region is not able to discharge his or her duties for a short period, such duties shall temporarily be assumed by the secretaries of the departments in the order of precedence which shall be stipulated by law.

　　行政長(zhǎng)官出缺時(shí)，應(yīng)在一百二十日內(nèi)依照本法第四十七條的規(guī)定產(chǎn)生新的行政長(zhǎng)官。

　　In the event that the office of Chief Executive becomes vacant, a new Chief Executive shall be selected within 120 days in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of this Law.

　　行政長(zhǎng)官出缺期間的職務(wù)代理，依照本條第一款規(guī)定辦理，并報(bào)中央人民政府批準(zhǔn)。
