it shall implement laws passed by the Council and already in force; it shall present regular policy addresses to the Council; and it shall answer questions raised by members of the Council.

　　Article 66 The Executive authorities of the Macao Special Administrative Region may, when necessary, establish advisory bodies.

　　第六十七條澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會是澳門特別行政區(qū)的立法機(jī)關(guān)。

　　Article 67 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be the legislature of the Region.

　　第六十八條澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會議員由澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民擔(dān)任。

　　Article 68 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be composed of permanent residents of the Region.

　　立法會多數(shù)議員由選舉產(chǎn)生。

　　The majority of its members shall be elected.

　　立法會的產(chǎn)生辦法由附件二《澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會的產(chǎn)生辦法》規(guī)定。

　　The method for forming the Legislative Council is prescribed in Annex II Method for the Formation of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

　　立法會議員就任時應(yīng)依法申報經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況。
