Article 133 The relationship between non-governmental organizations in fields such as education, science, technology, culture, news media, publication, sports, recreation, the professions, medicine and health, labor, women, youth, returned overseas nationals, social welfare and social work as well as religious organizations in the Macao Special Administrative Region and their counterparts in other parts of the country shall be based on the principles of non-subordination, non-interference and mutual respect.
第一百三十四條澳門特別行政區(qū)的教育、科學(xué)、技術(shù)、文化、新聞、出版、體育、康樂、專業(yè)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、勞工、婦女、青年、歸僑、社會福利、社會工作等方面的民間團體和宗教組織可同世界各國、各地區(qū)及國際的有關(guān)團體和組織保持和發(fā)展關(guān)系;
Article 134 Non-governmental organizations in fields such as education, science, technology, culture, news media, publication, sports, recreation, the professions, medicine and health, labor, women, youth, returned overseas nationals, social welfare and social work as well as religious organizations in the Macao Special Administrative Region may maintain and develop relations with their counterparts in foreign countries and regions and with relevant international organizations.
各該團體和組織可根據(jù)需要冠用“中國澳門”的名義,參與有關(guān)活動。
They may, as required, use the name “Macao, China” in the relevant activities.

Chapter VII External Affairs
第一百三十五條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府的代表,可作為中華人民共和國政府代表團的成員,參加由中央人民政府進(jìn)行的同澳門特別行政區(qū)真接有關(guān)的外交談判。
Article 135 Representatives of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region may, as members of delegations of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, participate in negotiations at the diplomatic level directly affecting the Region conducted by the Central People’s Government.
