Article 114 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall, in accordance with law, protect the free operation of industrial and commercial enterprises and make its own policies on the development of industry and commerce.
澳門特別行政區(qū)改善經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和提供法律保障，以促進(jìn)工商業(yè)的發(fā)展，鼓勵(lì)投資和技術(shù)進(jìn)步，并開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)業(yè)和新市場(chǎng)。
The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall improve the economic environment and provide legal guarantees for promoting the development of industry and commerce and for encouraging investments, technological progress and development new industries and new markets.
第一百一十五條澳門特別行政區(qū)根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的情況，自行制定勞工政策，完善勞工法律。
Article 115 The Macao Special Administrative Region, in the light of its economic development, shall make labor policy and improve labor law on its own.
澳門特別行政區(qū)設(shè)立由政府、雇主團(tuán)體、雇員團(tuán)體的代表組成的咨詢性的協(xié)調(diào)組織。
The Macao Special Administrative Region shall establish consultative co-ordination organizations composed of representatives from the government, the employers’ organizations and the employees’ organizations.
第一百一十六條澳門特別行政區(qū)保持和完善原在澳門實(shí)行的航運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理體制，自行制定航運(yùn)政策。
Article 116 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall maintain and improve Macao’s previous systems of shipping management and shipping regulation, and make shipping policy on its own.
澳門特別行政區(qū)經(jīng)中央人民政府授權(quán)可進(jìn)行船舶登記，并依照澳門特別行政區(qū)的法律以“中國(guó)澳門”的名義頒發(fā)有關(guān)證件。
