澳門特別行政區(qū)政府根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定承認(rèn)在澳門特別行政區(qū)成立以前已被承認(rèn)的專業(yè)和專業(yè)團(tuán)體，并可根據(jù)社會發(fā)展需要，經(jīng)咨詢有關(guān)方面的意見，承認(rèn)新的專業(yè)和專業(yè)團(tuán)體。
The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations, recognize the professions and the professional organizations recognized prior to the establishment of the Region and may, as required by social development and in consultation with the parties concerned, recognize new professions and professional organizations.
第一百三十條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府在原有社會福利制度的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和社會需要自行制定有關(guān)社會福利的發(fā)展和改進(jìn)的政策。
Article 130 On the basis of the previous social welfare system, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, on its own, formulate policies on the development and improvement of the social welfare system in the light of the economic conditions and social needs.
第一百三十一條澳門特別行政區(qū)的社會服務(wù)團(tuán)體，在不抵觸法律的情況下，可以自行決定其服務(wù)方式。
Article 131 local organizations providing social services in the Macao Special Administrative Region may, on their own, decide their forms of service, provided that the law is not contravened.
第一百三十二條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府根據(jù)需要和可能逐步改善原在澳門實(shí)行的對教育、科學(xué)、技術(shù)、文化、體育、康樂、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、社會福利、社會工作等方面的民間組織的資助政策。
Article 132 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, when necessary and possible, gradually improve the policy previously practiced in Macao in respect of subventions for non-governmental organizations in fields such as education, science, technology, culture, sports, recreation, medicine and health, social welfare and social work.
第一百三十三條澳門特別行政區(qū)的教育、科學(xué)、技術(shù)、文化、新聞、出版、體育、康樂、專業(yè)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、勞工、婦女、青年、歸僑、社會福利、社會工作等方面的民間團(tuán)體和宗教組織同全國其他地區(qū)相應(yīng)的團(tuán)體和組織的關(guān)系，以互不隸屬、互不干涉、互相尊重的原則為基礎(chǔ)。
