上次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議以來，中方持續(xù)加大投入，為次區(qū)域國家大型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和工業(yè)化項(xiàng)目提供資金支持，推出一系列務(wù)實(shí)合作倡議和舉措。2017年，中國累計(jì)對五國投資超過420億美元，貿(mào)易總額達(dá)到2200億美元，人員往來達(dá)到3000萬人次。中方還實(shí)施一系列民生項(xiàng)目，覆蓋教育、文化、衛(wèi)生、減貧等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。近兩年，超過1.2萬名次區(qū)域國家學(xué)生獲得中國政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，3000多位在職人員赴華參加短期研修培訓(xùn)。
本次會(huì)議將通過《區(qū)域投資框架》，涉及未來5年次區(qū)域重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)的200多個(gè)項(xiàng)目，其中近三分之一由中方首倡、直接參與或提供資金支持。中方將信守承諾，把每一項(xiàng)舉措都落到實(shí)處，造福于本地區(qū)人民。
Since our last leadership meeting, China has redoubled its efforts to provide financial support for the large-scale infrastructure and industrialization projects in sub-regional countries and put forward a series of initiatives and measures for practical cooperation. In 2017, China invested a total of more than US$42 billion in the five Mekong countries. Our trade volume reached US$220 billion and our peoples exchanged 30 million visits. China has also rolled out a host of livelihood projects in the sub-region in areas such as education, culture, health and poverty alleviation. In the past two years, over 12,000 students from sub-regional countries have received Chinese government scholarships and over 3,000 people have participated in short-term on-the-job training programs in China.
The Regional Investment Framework, to be adopted at this meeting, covers over 200 key projects in the sub-region for the next five years, nearly a third of which are initiated, directly undertaken or funded by China. We will honor our commitment and earnestly implement each and every measure to deliver benefits to the people in our region.
