問(wèn)：據(jù)報(bào)道，韓國(guó)統(tǒng)一部發(fā)言人昨天表示，韓方將與朝方協(xié)商，發(fā)表宣布結(jié)束兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)的宣言，構(gòu)建半島永久和平機(jī)制。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
答：中方認(rèn)為，按照“雙軌并進(jìn)”思路同步推進(jìn)半島無(wú)核化與建立半島和平機(jī)制，是徹底解決半島問(wèn)題的有效辦法。中方支持半島早日結(jié)束戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)，有關(guān)各方合力構(gòu)建半島和平機(jī)制。作為半島問(wèn)題當(dāng)事方，中方愿為此發(fā)揮積極作用。
Q: According to reports, the ROK Ministry of Unification spokesperson yesterday said that the ROK will consult with the DPRK to release a declaration to end the state of war and establish a permanent peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. What is your comment?
A: We believe that denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula and establishing a peace regime in parallel in accordance with the "dual-track" approach is an effective way to fundamentally resolve the Korean Peninsula issue. China supports an early end to the state of war and the establishment of a peace regime on the Peninsula with the concerted efforts of all relevant parties. As a party concerned to the Peninsula issue, China is willing to play a positive role to this end.
問(wèn)：據(jù)《德國(guó)商報(bào)》報(bào)道，歐盟多國(guó)駐華大使共同支持一份批評(píng)“一帶一路”倡議的報(bào)告，報(bào)告稱(chēng)中國(guó)通過(guò)該倡議阻礙了自由貿(mào)易，并將中國(guó)企業(yè)置于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
答：中方注意到相關(guān)報(bào)道。據(jù)我了解，歐盟方面已向中方作出澄清，《德國(guó)商報(bào)》有關(guān)報(bào)道是不符合事實(shí)的。
大家可能記得，多數(shù)歐盟國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人都對(duì)參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)公開(kāi)表達(dá)了興趣。比如，前不久，荷蘭首相呂特在出席博鰲亞洲論壇年會(huì)時(shí)表示，荷蘭對(duì)“一帶一路”興趣濃厚。法國(guó)總統(tǒng)馬克龍?jiān)L華時(shí)呼吁整個(gè)歐洲都積極參與“一帶一路”。英國(guó)首相特雷莎·梅也表示，“一帶一路”合作倡議具有深遠(yuǎn)的世界影響，希望英中開(kāi)展“一帶一路”合作，促進(jìn)全球和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
Q: Handelsblatt reported that ambassadors of many EU countries supported a report criticizing the Belt and Road Initiative, which alleged that China has blocked free trade and put Chinese enterprises at advantage through this initiative. What is your comment?
A: We have noted this report. According to my information, the EU side has clarified with China that the report by Handelsblatt is inconsistent with facts.
You may still remember that the leaders of most EU countries have in public expressed their interest in joining the Belt and Road Initiative. For example, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte said his country was highly interested in the Belt and Road Initiative while attending the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018 not long ago. French President Emmanuel Macron called on the whole Europe to actively engage in the initiative during his visit to China. British Prime Minister Theresa May said that the Belt and Road Initiative has far-reaching influence over the globe and she hopes that the UK and China will carry out cooperation under the initiative to promote global and regional economic growth.
