We took stock of the European Union’s relations with Russia and the situation there, including in Chechnya, in the light of the recent EU-Russia Summit, which I think is regarded as fairly successful.
聽完整句話后，我們會(huì)感覺到這個(gè)句子很長(zhǎng)，也比較復(fù)雜，不好理解。但如果我們注意按源語(yǔ)的意群來進(jìn)行聽辨，就會(huì)好理解得多。試著再聽一遍，注意辨別其意群：We took stock of/ the European Union’s relations/ with Russia/ and the situation there，/ including in Chechnya,/ in the light of the recent EU-Russia Summit，/ which I think/ is regarded as fairly successful.
