(ニ）漢語(yǔ)無(wú)主句譯成英語(yǔ)被動(dòng)句，以原來(lái)的賓語(yǔ)作主語(yǔ)

例如：

1)必須采取各種措施，改善人們的工作條件，提高他們的生活水平。

Different kinds of measures must be adopted in order to improve people's working conditions and to raise their living standards.

2) 在合同中，詳細(xì)地規(guī)定了雙方必須履行的各種條件。

In the contract, all kinds of conditions which both sides should follow were laid down in detail.

3) 可能要下雨。

Rains are expected.

4) 必須認(rèn)真地做好建社以前的準(zhǔn)備工作。

Before co-operatives are set up，preparatory work must be done seriously and well.

(三）漢語(yǔ)有些無(wú)主句，譯成英語(yǔ)時(shí)，可用不定代詞作主語(yǔ)，也可用“It is……to……”，“There is……”等結(jié)構(gòu)

例如：

1) 活到老，學(xué)到老。

One is never too old to learn.

2) 要有把握，就要有準(zhǔn)備。

To be sure of success，one must be prepared.

3) 不能否認(rèn)這個(gè)事實(shí)。

It is impossible to deny that fact.

4) 有壓迫就有斗爭(zhēng)。

Where there is oppression there will be struggle.

5) 痛得她直哭。

It hurt her so badly that she kept crying.
