十二、簡(jiǎn)化出境手續(xù)，便利展覽品展后處置。進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)暫時(shí)進(jìn)境展覽品（ATA單證冊(cè)項(xiàng)下暫時(shí)進(jìn)境展覽品除外）在進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)結(jié)束后，結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)到海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)域和保稅監(jiān)管場(chǎng)所的（參展汽車應(yīng)當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)入可開展保稅倉儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)的海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)域和保稅監(jiān)管場(chǎng)所），準(zhǔn)予核銷結(jié)案。
十三、支持保稅展示交易，擴(kuò)大適用范圍。進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)保稅展示交易是經(jīng)海關(guān)注冊(cè)登記的海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)域或保稅物流中心（B型）（簡(jiǎn)稱“區(qū)域中心”）內(nèi)企業(yè)，將保稅貨物提交擔(dān)保后運(yùn)至區(qū)域中心外進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)常年展示館進(jìn)行展示和銷售的經(jīng)營活動(dòng)。進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)展會(huì)期間，經(jīng)海關(guān)批準(zhǔn)的保稅倉庫可以參照區(qū)域中心開展保稅展示交易業(yè)務(wù)。
XII. To simplify the export procedures and facilitate the disposal of exhibits after the expo. After the import expo, temporarily imported exhibits (excluding temporary import under the ATA Carnet) being transported into the Customs special supervision area and bonded supervision site (exhibited autos shall be transported into the Customs special supervision area and bonded supervision site entitled of bonded warehousing business), the temporary import declaration shall be reconciled subsequent to relevant Customs formalities.
XIII. To support bonded exhibition and trade, and expand the scope of application. The bonded exhibition and trade of the CIIE refers to those activities in the permanent halls of the CIIE, other than the Regional Center by enterprises registered in the Customs special supervision area or bonded logistics center (Type B) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regional Center”) after the guarantee for such bonded cargoes is submitted. During the CIIE, the bonded warehouse approved by the Customs can be treated as Regional Center doing bonded exhibition and trade business.
