我們要打造對(duì)話不對(duì)抗、結(jié)伴不結(jié)盟的伙伴關(guān)系，拉緊和平的紐帶。我們要推動(dòng)各方摒棄強(qiáng)權(quán)政治和叢林法則，促進(jìn)國(guó)際關(guān)系民主化、法治化。我們應(yīng)秉承大小國(guó)家一律平等、不同文明一視同仁的原則，相互尊重，平等相待，對(duì)話解決爭(zhēng)端，協(xié)商化解分歧。
We need to foster the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security and bolster the protection of peace. In the face of such global threats as terrorism, cyber security and climate change, no one should sit idly by or shift his troubles onto his neighbors. Joint commitment and concerted efforts are the only way out.
我們要樹(shù)立共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)的新安全觀，筑牢和平的屏障。面對(duì)恐怖主義、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、氣候變化等全球性威脅，各方不能事不關(guān)己、高高掛起，不能以鄰為壑、轉(zhuǎn)嫁危機(jī)，要同舟共濟(jì)、合力應(yīng)對(duì)。
– We need to promote human rights through development. The right to development is the primary human right for developing countries. There are still over 700 million people living in hunger, more than 128 million people in need of humanitarian assistance, over 65 million displaced, and 24 million children in conflict zones who cannot go to school. All these are serious “human rights deficit” that must be immediately addressed. The gap must be bridged and the challenges must be met.
——堅(jiān)持以發(fā)展促進(jìn)人權(quán)。對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō)，發(fā)展權(quán)是首要人權(quán)。全球仍有7億多人口忍饑挨餓，超過(guò)1.28億人亟需人道援助，6500多萬(wàn)人流離失所，2400萬(wàn)沖突地區(qū)兒童無(wú)法入學(xué)。這些都是嚴(yán)重“人權(quán)赤字”，亟需糾正，彌合鴻溝，補(bǔ)齊短板。
We need to take poverty elimination as a central task, implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and incorporate it into our development strategies. We need to advance economic, social and environmental progress in a balanced manner and vigorously pursue the goal of “zero poverty” to ensure that development outcomes will benefit all.
我們要以消除貧困為核心，切實(shí)落實(shí)《2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》，將該議程納入各國(guó)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，平衡推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境三大領(lǐng)域工作，確保人人得享發(fā)展成果，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“零貧困”的目標(biāo)。
We need to seize the historic opportunity presented by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, boost reform and innovation, speed up efforts to catch up with the trend of industrialization and modernization to realize “comer overtaking”. Developing countries need to leverage their competitive edges and share development experience to facilitate “l(fā)eapfrog development”. Developed countries need to honor their commitments and take more and concrete measures in ODA, debt reduction and technology transfer to contribute to common development.
