第三，這是一條“合作共贏之路”。共建“一帶一路”倡議源于中國，但機會和成果屬于世界?！耙粠б宦贰笔冀K遵循“市場運作、國際慣例”的原則，既致力于實現(xiàn)各國經(jīng)濟融合發(fā)展，也有利于推動經(jīng)濟全球化向著包容普惠方向發(fā)展，這是“一帶一路”廣受沿線國家歡迎的重要原因。2014年至2017年，中國同“一帶一路”沿線國家貿(mào)易投資實現(xiàn)大發(fā)展，貿(mào)易總額超過4萬億美元，中國對沿線國家投資累計超過600億美元。中國企業(yè)已在“一帶一路”沿線國家建設(shè)了75個境外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)，累計投資270多億美元，吸引入?yún)^(qū)企業(yè)近3500家，上繳東道國稅費22億美元，為當?shù)貏?chuàng)造近21萬個就業(yè)崗位。中國國家開發(fā)銀行、進出口銀行在“一帶一路”沿線國家發(fā)放貸款已超過1100億美元，出口信用保險公司承保“一帶一路”沿線國家出口和投資超過3200億美元。未來，中國將繼續(xù)通過“一帶一路”建設(shè)，與沿線國家和地區(qū)深化合作，使各國人民共同受益。
Third, the BRI is a road to win-win cooperation.
This Initiative was launched by China, but the opportunities it has to offer and the outcomes it has produced are going to benefit the whole world.
BRI follows market rules and universally-accepted practice.
It is dedicated to integrated development of all countries.
And it will facilitate globalisation in a more inclusive and universally beneficial way.
These are the important reasons why BRI has been so popular with the partners along the routes.
Here are some win-win results that are already harvested:
From 2014 to 2017, there had been a trade and investment boom along the Belt and Road. Trade between China and countries along the routes exceeded $4 trillion. And Chinese investment in these countries topped $60 billion.
Chinese companies have helped build 75 economic and trade cooperation zones along the routes. Nearly 3,500 companies have moved in. They have brought in a total investment of over $27 billion, paid $2.2 billion in tax and fees to host countries, and created 210 thousand jobs locally.
Loans from China Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China have exceeded 110 billion US dollars.
And China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation has underwritten over 320 billion US dollars worth of export and investment projects along the routes.
In the days to come, China will continue to deepen cooperation with countries and regions along the routes to make BRI work in the interest of the local people.
