Champagne is one of the world's unique flavors. The creation of a good champagne is akin to something else often associated with love and romance - fine perfume. Any car will do the trick - but some cars are about more than just getting there. And some drinks are about more than just drinking.
Few flavors in the world can match that of champagne. It is a truly unique taste, created by a complex and painstaking process. That process takes a legal minimum of 15 months. The bottles are turned every day for weeks on end. And it's this painstaking process that makes champagne such an allure. It's about far more than just alcohol.
