答：我們看到，在有關(guān)各方的共同努力下，當(dāng)前朝鮮半島局勢(shì)出現(xiàn)了緩和的良好勢(shì)頭。這是包括朝韓以及相關(guān)各方共同努力的結(jié)果，我們對(duì)此予以肯定和贊賞。
我們認(rèn)為，按照“雙軌并進(jìn)”思路同步推進(jìn)半島無核化與構(gòu)建半島和平機(jī)制談判是徹底解決半島問題的有效方法。作為半島事務(wù)的重要當(dāng)事方和朝鮮停戰(zhàn)協(xié)定的締約方，中方將在這一進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮積極作用。
A: We have seen that thanks to the concerted efforts of the DPRK, the ROK and other relevant parties, the current situation on the Korean Peninsula has witnessed a sound momentum of abatement. We commend and appreciate this.
We believe that advancing the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and establishing the peace regime for negotiation in parallel in accordance with the "dual-track" approach is an effective way to fundamentally resolve the Korean Peninsula issue. As an important party concerned to the Peninsula affairs and a signatory to the Korean Armistice Agreement, China will play a positive role in this process.
前不久，王毅國務(wù)委員兼外長在莫斯科同俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫會(huì)談后共見記者時(shí)，就如何看待下一步朝鮮半島形勢(shì)回答了記者的提問。對(duì)于如何政治解決半島核問題，王毅國務(wù)委員兼外長強(qiáng)調(diào)了三點(diǎn)：
第一，堅(jiān)持無核化這一大方向。半島無核化是解決所有與半島有關(guān)問題的總鑰匙，是通向半島長治久安的總路徑。各方都應(yīng)堅(jiān)持這一大方向不動(dòng)搖。
Not long ago, when holding a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after the talks in Moscow, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi took questions raised by the journalists on how to look at the situation on the Peninsula going forward. With regard to how to seek the political settlement of the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi underlined the following three points:
First, we should stay committed to the general direction of denuclearization. The denuclearization of the Peninsula is the master key to resolving all the issues related to the Peninsula as well as the pathway that leads to the long-lasting peace and stability of the Peninsula. All relevant parties should unwaveringly stick to this general direction.
