問(wèn)：據(jù)美聯(lián)社報(bào)道，美國(guó)一個(gè)智庫(kù)17日晚就“一帶一路”倡議發(fā)布報(bào)告稱，相關(guān)項(xiàng)目并非為實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，而是產(chǎn)生了政治影響力，擴(kuò)大了中國(guó)軍事存在，反映了中國(guó)的安全意圖。報(bào)告還稱有關(guān)項(xiàng)目存在缺乏透明度等問(wèn)題。你對(duì)此有何回應(yīng)？
At the invitation of State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj of India will pay a working visit to China while attending the Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the SCO. During External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj's visit to China, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will hold talks with her, during which the two sides will have an in-depth exchange of views on China-India relations and international and regional issues of common interest. We believe that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj's visit to China will further enhance political mutual trust and promote the sustained and steady development of China-India relations.
Q: According the Associated Press, the report issued by a US-based think tank on the evening of April 17 on the Belt and Road Initiative concluded that relevant projects under the initiative aren't driven by win-win economic development but appear to generate political influence, expand China's military presence and point to China's security intent. The report also claimed there's a lack of transparency in those projects. What's your reaction to that?
答：我今天上午看到了美聯(lián)社的這一報(bào)道，但還沒(méi)有看到報(bào)道中提到的報(bào)告。事實(shí)上，昨天上午美聯(lián)社向發(fā)言人辦公室發(fā)來(lái)了傳真提問(wèn)，我們也及時(shí)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)回復(fù)。但遺憾的是，美聯(lián)社今天的報(bào)道僅僅援引了中方的一兩句話，有關(guān)報(bào)道是不平衡的。
“一帶一路”倡議提出5年來(lái)，得到全球100多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織的響應(yīng)和支持，80多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織與中方簽署了合作協(xié)議。大家可以想一想，如果不是順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流、造福各國(guó)人民、具有旺盛的生命力和光明的發(fā)展前景，“一帶一路”建設(shè)怎么會(huì)獲得如此廣泛的響應(yīng)和支持？
我想再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)幾點(diǎn):
A: I have noted the news report by the Associated Press (AP) this morning, but yet to read the specific report it mentioned. In fact, the AP raised this question to the Spokesperson's Office via fax yesterday morning and we have given a detailed reply. But to our regret, the AP's report today quoted only a sentence or two, and the report is lopsided.
Over the past five years since it was put forward, the Belt and Road Initiative has been well received and supported by over 100 countries and international organizations, and over 80 of them have signed cooperation agreements with China. Just think about it. How could this initiative have won so extensive response and support if it were not in keeping with the trend of the times, not for the benefits of people of countries around the globe or short of vigorous vitality and bright prospects?
I would like to stress several points:
