三、二00九年及以后澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會的產(chǎn)生辦法如需修改，須經(jīng)立法會全體議員三會之二多數(shù)通過，行政長官同意，并報全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會備案。

　　III. If there is a need to change the method for forming the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region in and after 2009, such amendments must be made with the endorsement of two-thirds majority of all the members of the Council and the consent of the Chief Executive, and they shall he reported to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress for the record.

　　Annex III National Laws Be Applied in the Macao Special Administrative Region

　　下列全國性法律，自一九九九年十二月二十日起由澳門特別行政區(qū)在當?shù)毓蓟蛄⒎▽嵤?/p>

　　The following national laws shall be applied locally with effect from December 20, 1999 by way of promulgation or legislation by the Macao Special Administrative Region:

　　一、《關(guān)于中華人民共和國國都、紀年、國歌、國旗的決議》

　　1. Resolution on the Capital, Calendar, National Anthem and National Flag of the People’s Republic of China

　　二、《關(guān)于中華人民共和國國慶日的決議》

　　2. Resolution on the National Day of the People’s Republic of China

　　三、《中華人民共和國國籍法》

　　3. Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China

　　四、《中華人民共和國外交特權(quán)與豁免條例》
