各界別法定團(tuán)體根據(jù)選舉法規(guī)定的分配名額和選舉辦法自行選出選舉委員會委員。

　　Corporate bodies in various sectors shall, on their own, elect members to the Election Committee, in accordance with the number of seats allocated and the election methods as prescribed by the electoral law.

　　選舉委員會委員以個人身份投票。

　　Members of the Election Committee shall vote in their individual capacities.

　　四、不少于50名的選舉委員會委員可聯(lián)合提名行政長官候選人。每名委員只可提出一名候選人。

　　4. Candidates for the office of Chief Executive may be nominated jointly by not less than 50 members of the Election Committee. Each member may nominate only one candidate.

　　五、選舉委員會根據(jù)提名的名單，經(jīng)一人一票無記名投票選出行政長官候選人。具體選舉辦法由選舉法規(guī)定。

　　5. The Election Committee shall, on the basis of the list of the nominees, elect the Chief Executive designate by secret ballot on a one-person-one-vote basis. The specific election method shall he prescribed by the electoral law.

　　六、第一任行政長官按照《全國人民代表大會關(guān)于澳門特別行政區(qū)第一屆政府、立法會和司法機(jī)關(guān)產(chǎn)生辦法的決定》產(chǎn)生。

　　6. The first Chief Executive shall be selected in accordance with the “Decision of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on the Method for the Election of the First Government, the First Legislative Council and the First Judiciary of the Macao Special Administrative Region.”
