七、二00九年及以后行政長(zhǎng)官的產(chǎn)生辦法如需修改，須經(jīng)立法會(huì)全體議員三分之二多數(shù)通過，行政長(zhǎng)官同意，并報(bào)全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。

　　7. If there is a need to amend the method for selecting the Chief Executive for the terms subsequent to the year 2009, such amendments must be made with the endorsement of a two-thirds majority of all the members of the Legislative Council and the consent of the Chief Executive, and they shall be reported to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress for approval.

　　附件二：澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)的產(chǎn)生辦法

　　Annex II Method for the Formation of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region

　　一、澳門特別行政區(qū)第一屆立法會(huì)按照《全國人民代表大會(huì)關(guān)于澳門特別行政區(qū)第一屆政府、立法會(huì)和司法機(jī)關(guān)產(chǎn)生辦法的決定》產(chǎn)生。

　　I. In the first term, the Legislative Council shall be formed in accordance with the “Decision of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on the Method for the Formation of the First Government, the First Legislative Council and the First Judiciary of the Macao Special Administrative Region.”

　　第二屆立法會(huì)由27人組成，其中：
