2. The Election Committee shall be composed of 300 members from the following sectors:

　　工商、金融界100人

　　Industrial, commercial and financial sectors 100

　　文化、教育、專業(yè)等界80人

　　Cultural and educational sectors and other professions 80

　　勞工、社會服務、宗教等界80人

　　Labor, social services, religious and other sectors 80

　　立法會議員的代表、市政機構成員的代表、澳門地區(qū)全國人大代表、澳門地區(qū)全國政協(xié)委員的代表40人

　　Representatives of members of the Legislative Council, representatives of members of the municipal organs, Macao deputies to the National People’s Congress, and representatives of Macao members of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference 40

　　選舉委員會每屆任期五年。

　　The term of office of the Election Committee shall be five years.

　　三、各個界別的劃分，以及每個界別中何種組織可以產(chǎn)生選舉委員會委員的名額，由澳門特別行政區(qū)根據(jù)民主、開放的原則制定選舉法加以規(guī)定。

　　3. The delimitation of the various sectors, the organizations in each sector eligible to return Election Committee members and the number of such members returned by each of these organizations shall be prescribed by an electoral law enacted by the Macao Special Administrative Region in accordance with the principles of democracy and openness.
